Mars Snacking is seeking a strategic, creative communications leader to serve as Manager, Brand PR and Earned Influence within the Accelerator Corporate Affairs Team. You will build earned-media led brand narratives for KIND, RXBAR, NutriGrain, and Pure Organic across North America and Canada, driving reputation and growth through data-driven campaigns and cultural timing.

You will manage agency partners, lead executive visibility, develop content, and guide internal communications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in brand communications or PR in CPG.
• Experience with agency management and cross-functional teams.
