Job summary

LTK seeks a Staff Engineer to strengthen the Brand team's technical leadership and architecture. You will lead cross-team initiatives, define architecture, and guide strategic, high-impact work that enables scalable, reliable experiences for Brands and Creators.

You will partner with product, design, data, and platform teams to translate ambiguous needs into technical direction, establish patterns, and mentor engineers while advancing observability and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience and leadership across distributed systems.
• Proven success as Staff/Principal engineer or equivalent.
• Strong design skills balancing performance, reliability, security, scalability, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the Brand platform and initiatives.
• Define and evolve architecture for cross-team product and platform efforts.
• Lead discovery through delivery of critical projects.
• Align technical decisions with customer and business outcomes.
• Establish scalable patterns, APIs, and boundaries for reliable delivery.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards.
• Strengthen platform observability and operational readiness.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical plans.
• Drive AI-native engineering practices across the Brand platform.
