Job summary

LTK USA is seeking a Staff Engineer to strengthen the Brand team's technical leadership. You will guide architecture, technical direction, and execution of critical initiatives, partnering with product, design, data, and platform teams to deliver reliable, scalable experiences for Brands and Creators.

You will lead the engineering effort across Brand, establish durable patterns, and raise the bar with mentoring and design reviews to ensure platform health and rapid delivery in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leading architecture of complex distributed systems.
• Experience as Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or equivalent senior technical leader.
• Strong systems-design skills balancing performance, reliability, security, scalability, and developer experience.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, data, and platform partners.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical direction and executable plans.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the Brand platform for strategic initiatives.
• Define and evolve architecture for cross-team product and platform initiatives.
• Lead technical strategy, decomposition, and execution from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with product, design, data, and platform teams to align decisions with business outcomes.
• Establish scalable patterns, APIs, and boundaries to improve reliability and maintainability.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies before they constrain delivery.
• Raise the engineering bar via code reviews, design reviews, and mentorship.
• Maintain platform health through observability, quality practices, and operational readiness.
