Job summary
LTK is seeking a Staff Engineer to strengthen the Brand team's technical leadership. You will drive architecture, direction, and execution of strategic initiatives with product, design, data, and platform partners, ensuring the platform scales with evolving business needs.

Qualifications
- Senior technical leader with proven architecture and delivery of distributed systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving cross-team initiatives.
- Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across the Brand platform for strategic initiatives.
- Define and evolve architecture for cross-team product and platform efforts.
- Lead technical strategy, decomposition, and execution from discovery to delivery.
- Partner with product, design, data, and platform teams to align decisions with outcomes.
- Establish scalable patterns, APIs, and system boundaries to improve reliability.
