Monster Energy seeks a Brand Manager Planning to connect brand plans across the Americas Marketing organization. You will partner with Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Regional Marketing to bring a unified portfolio strategy to life.

You will drive the end-to-end planning process, maintain planning calendars, and develop decision tools to keep teams aligned and delivering against objectives. A top-level growth roadmap will be built from market data and consumer insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of brand, portfolio or commercial planning in FMCG or similar consumer environment.
• 3+ years in cross-functional project management and annual planning cycles, calendar/milestone ownership.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling); MS Teams and SharePoint; familiarity with syndicated data platforms and Power BI.
• MBA or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with NPD launch planning and SKU portfolio analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning cycle for US marketing plans, master timeline and cross-functional workstreams.
• Design and govern planning toolkit: calendars, templates, briefing frameworks, decision tools.
• Consolidate portfolio health tracking and dashboards to inform marketing decisions.
• Coordinate quarterly business review cycle and aggregate performance data.
• Build a growth-focused brand roadmap from syndicated data, consumer research and channel performance.
