Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, develop team members and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, execute brand standards and omni-channel initiatives.

This role requires previous retail leadership, strong communication, scheduling flexibility, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Cosmetology interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and develop associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support brand standards, merchandising, and omni-channel initiatives.
• Hire, train and develop associates; maintain scheduling.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention; protect assets.
