The candidate should have strong project management experience, data-driven decision making, and a proven ability to work with creators in a talent management or platform context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience.
• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
• 2+ years of working directly with creators in a talent management, agency or platform role experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution, project management, and quality control of custom solutions throughout post-sale lifecycle and ensure timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets across multiple campaigns; secure approvals and coordinate with vendors, talent, and cross-functional teams.
• Represent the Brand Partnership Studio in client meetings, providing production recommendations and proactively identifying risks and solutions.
