Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activation workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
• Clear written and verbal communication across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Ability to take direction, manage tasks independently, follow through, and escalate risks promptly.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, including tracking and status documents.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and using them responsibly for drafting and information management.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day executional support for Brand Partnerships properties and programs.
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, briefs, meeting notes, and follow-up documents.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support meeting prep by developing agendas, capturing notes, and coordinating next steps.
• Organize creative assets and coordinate routing across social, digital, PR, video, and experiential workstreams.
• Maintain Teams and SharePoint channels, folders, trackers, and documents for visibility and collaboration.
• Provide foundational project management support including tracker updates and risk escalation.
