Job summary

Styon is building an AI-driven personal stylist platform and is seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to source and recruit fashion brands and networks. You will own the partnership pipeline, onboard catalogs via APIs and feeds, and manage relationships to maximize commissions and revenue.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to ensure clean catalog integrations and provide ongoing performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in affiliate marketing, brand/retail partnerships, or channel/BD, ideally on the publisher or platform side, sourcing brands and managing affiliate relationships.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks (Rakuten, Impact, CJ, Awin, ShopStyle, LTK, Skimlinks), product feeds, and how affiliate links and commissions work.
• An apparel, fashion, or e-commerce background, with a sense of the brand landscape and, ideally, existing brand or network contacts.
• Comfortable sourcing and closing partnerships end to end and onboarding brands, including the technical side of API / feed integration in coordination with engineering.
• Organized and data-aware, able to manage a large pipeline of partners and track performance.
• Self-directed and comfortable at an early-stage, pre-launch company. US-based.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit brand partners. Identify and reach out to brands and retailers that fit our product and audience, and bring them into our affiliate and catalog network.
• Own the partnership pipeline. Run outreach, pitching, and onboarding across brands and affiliate networks (Rakuten, Impact, CJ, Awin, ShopStyle, LTK).
• Secure API and affiliate access. Get us connected to brands' product APIs, catalog/product feeds, and affiliate links, coordinating with networks and brands' teams.
• Manage and grow the program. Be the main point of contact for brand partners, keep integrations healthy, negotiate commission terms, and expand relationships over time.
• Coordinate with product and engineering. Work with our team to get partner catalogs and links integrated cleanly into the product.
• Track performance. Monitor which partners and products drive results, and report on coverage, commissions, and revenue.
