Aquent is seeking a visionary packaging designer in New York to shape the visual identity of skincare and sun care products. You will own brand packaging from concept to shelf-ready production, applying typography mastery to ensure regulatory clarity and compelling marketing copy.

Collaborate with marketing and operations, develop production-ready layouts, and craft comps for decks. A strong skincare packaging portfolio and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite are essential for this fast-paced role.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience focused on brand and packaging design.
• Experience in skincare or beauty industry.
• Expert typography skills for regulatory and detailed text on packaging.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to production.

Responsabilidades

• Take complete ownership of brand and packaging design projects, guiding them from initial concept development through to final production.
• Execute high-quality packaging designs with typography for regulatory and marketing copy.
• Identify and solve design challenges, optimizing limited packaging space for extensive text.
• Develop layouts maintaining brand guidelines across materials.
• Create comps and renderings for marketing decks; scrub/apply new text to imagery.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations; clarify requirements for execution.
• Manage design files; ensure production-ready and print specifications.
• Adapt quickly to ambiguous requirements with proactive problem-solving.
