Job summary

Jones Road Beauty seeks a Brand Coordinator to drive day-to-day brand operations, sampling, donations, and gifting, while supporting experiential activations and influencer collaborations.

You will coordinate logistics, liaise with press agencies, and help manage small projects end to end in a fast-paced in-office setting in New York. This role requires hands-on hustle and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full time marketing experience.
• Polished and confident representing the brand with influencers and partners.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable with strong follow‑through.
• Hands-on logistics experience including packing, shipping, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of donations & gifting end to end.
• Support sampling program logistics for in-person activations.
• Handle in‑house day-to-day needs of brand experiential activations under supervision.
• Coordinate shipments and onboarding of products for press and events.
• Represent Jones Road professionally with influencers and partners.
