About the role

The Brand Coordinator keeps the Brand Marketing team’s day-to-day moving: running the operational details behind press, sampling, experiential, and donations & gifting, and managing small projects end to end. This is a scrappy, hands‑on generalist role for someone who represents Jones Road well with influencers and partners, takes work off the team’s plate, and treats no task as too small.

The Brand Coordinator works closely day-to-day with the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing and reports to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing.

What you’ll do:

Brand

• Own day-to-day execution of donations & gifting end to end: vet requests against guidelines, fulfill approved ones, coordinate shipments, and track results.
• Flag any donations or gifting decision that falls outside guidelines to the Senior Manager for approval.
• Support the sampling program’s in-person, on-the-ground moments: prepping, packing, and staffing activations as needed.
• Handle the in-house day-to-day needs of brand experiential activations—logistics, supplies, vendor coordination, and on-site support—under the direction of the Senior Manager and Senior Director.
• Handle all internal packing and shipping of products needed to support brand and press functions or needs of the Founder in instances where our warehouse cannot fulfill.
• Participate in final execution of brand events as needed.

Partnerships, Press & Earned Media

• Execute the day-to-day needs of the three press agencies: pulling product, coordinating sends, tracking coverage, managing sample and asset requests, and keeping trackers current.
• Field and route incoming agency and press requests, escalating anything strategic to the Senior Manager.
• Provide agencies with launch information, product details, assets, and strategic context to support successful execution.
• Manage agency workflows, timelines, budgets, and reporting.
• Represent Jones Road professionally with influencers and partners, including taking calls on the team’s behalf.

Team & Operations

• Manage small brand projects end to end, keeping timelines and details on track.
• Provide general day-to-day operational support across the Brand Marketing team.

Qualifications

• New York-based; this is a hands‑on, in‑office role.
• 1–2 years of full time marketing experience (This is not a first role out of school).
• Scrappy and hustle‑oriented, with a no-task-too-small attitude.
• Polished and confident representing the brand with influencers and partners.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable, with strong follow‑through.
• Comfortable with hands‑on logistics, including packing and shipping products and lifting up to ~25 lbs as needed for events and activations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Asana) preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work some evenings/weekends for brand activations and events.
