Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in fashion and retail.

• Experience with Las Vegas luxury retail.
• Relationship‑driven selling required.
• Ability to work with technology.
• MS Office proficiency preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Develop and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
• Utilize selling culture and training tools to meet KPI targets.
• Communicate needs across departments and responsibilities.
• Learn collections and brand lineage to coach stylists.
• Lead on the sales floor, provide feedback, and coach staff.
• Keep store organized and ensure merchandise flow.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new hires.
• Support HR, Operations, Client Services, and Visuals divisions.
