• Willingness to learn the product and complete Hyundai/dealership training.
• Valid driverss license and driving record acceptable.
• Flexibility to work retail automotive schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a professional, engaging sales experience.
• Understand guest transportation needs and budget, and present options.
• Help guests select new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, safety systems, and ownership benefits.
• Conduct professional and informative test drives.
• Assist guests in evaluating purchase, lease, and trade-in options.
• Present pricing proposals per dealership guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Finance to move customers through the purchase process.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM and follow up with leads.
