Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and CRM skills, with the ability to learn Hyundai products and dealership systems.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; great fit from hospitality, retail, or service backgrounds.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to learn vehicle features and evolving products.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle-buying experience from first contact to delivery.
• Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional sales environment.
• Ask questions to understand needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, safety tech, and ownership benefits.
• Conduct informative test drives and evaluate purchase, lease, and trade-in options.
• Prepare and present pricing proposals per dealership guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales Management and Finance to move customers through the process.
• Respond to internet leads and inquiries; maintain CRM records meticulously.
• Build repeat and referral business through relationships and follow-through.
