Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a full-time Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure items are consistently in stock while writing orders via an iPad and Salesforce.

Youll visit multiple Louisiana stores, sustain relationships with store personnel, and execute RTM-promoted displays with safety and accuracy. This role starts early in the day and supports seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Own vehicle with valid insurance for store travel.
• Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs and frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to maintain stock.
• Implement promotional displays aligned with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe and compliant, handling physical tasks as required.
