Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store merchandising, ordering, and display maintenance. You will promote Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other Mondelēz brands while working with sales reps to optimize shelf visibility.

Applicants should be able to travel to multiple store locations, lift up to 50 lbs, and meet the physical requirements. This role offers hourly compensation and benefits appropriate to the position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a REAL ID or U.S. passport.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursement.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and stocking shelves as required.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz to in-store staff and optimize product visibility.
• Carry out in-store visits and capture photos of displays.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Represent leading brands and ensure displays comply with guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues.
• Follow daily merchandising schedule for efficiency.
• Enhance seasonal displays and support new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat in-store presence.
