Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs at customer locations, stocking shelves and setting up promotional displays. You will build relationships with store staff, execute Mondelēz merchandising steps, and place orders to ensure in‑stock conditions for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

The role covers Grapevine and nearby locations, with early start times and potential mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle to multiple store locations with mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; moving products from stockrooms to shelves.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Grapevine, TX (primary) and Southlake, TX (secondary).
• Schedule availability: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sun; start by 5 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store; work with sales reps to boost product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits and capture display photos.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and displays follow guidelines.
• Communicate issues to Mondelēz management and follow merchandising plans.
• Follow the merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficiency.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat representation of Mondelēz in stores.
