Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service orientation and professional in-store presence
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical merchandising tasks
• Live within 25–35 miles of Beaverton, OR and work Sunday–Thursday schedule

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management team
