Breakthru Beverage California, LLC is seeking a hands-on Merchandiser to creatively showcase our brands by building displays, stocking shelves, and managing product placement at customer locations. You’ll travel to accounts with your own car and represent a fun, family-based culture focused on teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply and a valid driver's license.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds and have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stock shelves, rotate stock, and build displays.
• Manage POS materials, store resets for remodels, and seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key accounts and share feedback with the sales team.
• Identify brand opportunities and communicate out-of-stock or new-item opportunities.
