Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands by building displays, managing inventory, and optimizing product placement. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to visit customer locations, with a focus on beer, wine, and spirits knowledge.

This full-time role offers compensation, sign-on bonus, and mileage reimbursement within a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply, HS diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends and lift 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product and conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
