Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands through displays, inventory management, and strategic product placement. You’ll drive to customer locations with a car and contribute to our sales-driven, family-like culture.

The role emphasizes building brand visibility, maintaining shelves, and collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities. A valid driver's license and weekend availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old to apply.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves, building displays, POS material management, store resets for remodels or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and provide feedback to sales team on opportunities and stock levels.
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol product responsibly and interact with the public safely.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
