Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser to creatively display brands, manage inventory, and optimize product placement at customer sites across the region. A delivery-oriented role requires a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to store locations.

The position emphasizes on-store merchandising, strong customer relations, and the ability to learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge while ensuring compliance with beverage alcohol handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply (implied)
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment
• Able to work occasional weekends
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves
• Building displays
• POS material management
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product and conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public
• Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor
