BairesDev is seeking a Brand & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand and drive marketing campaigns across channels. You will ensure consistent brand application while supporting campaigns that grow audience engagement and business results.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or marketing communications.
• Good understanding of brand identity principles across channels.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns while ensuring outputs align with brand guidelines.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand assets including templates, presentations, and visual content.
• Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to produce on-brand materials for campaigns and events.
• Monitor brand consistency across marketing channels and flag discrepancies for review.
• Contribute to market research and competitive analysis efforts to inform brand and campaign positioning.
• Track and report on marketing and brand performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
