Job summary

SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) is seeking a Brand Coordinator to support the Marketing and Communications team. The role coordinates digital assets, print materials, vendors, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure clinics across Southeast Alaska have timely access to brand-consistent resources.

The position emphasizes organized asset management, cross-clinic distribution, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to maintain up-to-date brand materials.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in marketing support, administration, project coordination, inventory management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, orders, or deliverables.
• Experience with digital file management and organizational systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brand Asset and File Management: manage digital assets, organization, taxonomy, and maintenance; ensure current brand assets and templates are accessible.
• Print and Inventory Management: maintain inventory of print materials, marketing supplies, and promotional items; coordinate replenishment.
• Distribution and Clinic Coordination: deploy signage and materials to clinics; coordinate shipping and flyer distribution.
• Vendor and Administrative Support: coordinate with print and marketing vendors; support PO, invoices, quotes, and vendor documentation.
• Other duties as assigned to support SEARHC brand and marketing initiatives.
