• Create and produce community marketing flyers in Canva per brand standards.
• Organize, maintain and manage Canva library and templates.
• Process collateral requests and ensure timely turnaround.
• Collaborate with Residential Marketing Specialist for brand compliance.
• Draft articles for newsletters and support email communications tools.
• Plan campaigns with Marketing Team Lead and Digital Marketing Manager.
• Support marketing resources, documentation, and filing systems.
• Assist with Purchase Orders and project management for dept goals.
• Bridge corporate and community teams and train on brand usage.
