Job summary

Obsidian is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate and improve AI agents on real marketing work. You will help design the Brand Marketing environments, including briefs, artifacts, and judgment criteria that test the planted issues and the decisions a strong practitioner should reach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner with ownership of positioning and brand tracking decisions.
• Ability to read brand tracking studies and share-of-voice data.
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies is preferred.
• Clear written reasoning — explain why a decision is right.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real brand marketing work, including what is tested and the decision to reach.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for the task.
• Write or review the reference answer and the criteria that separate a strong response from a plausible-but-wrong one.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your own standard.
