Job summary

Obsidian is seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations specialist to design and pressure-test high-fidelity simulated work environments used to evaluate AI agents on marketing tasks. You will craft briefs, artifacts, and criteria that differentiate strong practice from misses.

You will work with CRM tools, project trackers, and support platforms to assemble realistic task states, dashboards and personas. Your judgment will guide the evaluation of AI agent performance across the marketing stack.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing operations experience designing routing rules and workflows.
• Fluent with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project trackers (Asana/Linear) and support tools (Zendesk/Intercom).
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real marketing work to test AI agents.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for tasks.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your standards.
