You will help lead projects for TheraBreath oral care and Gravol nausea relief within the Personal Care SBU, contributing to annual organic growth targets. Responsibilities include executing the integrated marketing plan, coordinating with agencies, leading brand activations and forecasting, and developing market insights to strengthen competitive

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 1+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
• Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
• Familiarity with Nielsen or IRI data.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of the brand’s integrated marketing plan. Execute the plan with brand strategy alignment.
• Coordinate with managers to brief external agencies; execute brand activities (media, promos, sampling, PR, events).
• Lead day-to-day operations including brand volume forecasts and brand financial plans.
• Lead retail activations: shelf presence, packaging, in-store displays; assist shopper marketing programs.
• Develop deep understanding of the market, channels, and competitive landscape.
• Lead business tracking, competitive analysis, inventory-driven changes, displays, promotional packs, and alternative channels; interact with Consumer Services.
