Job description

The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring the successful development, marketing, and sales of our plumbing and HVAC products. This individual will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.

Essential Job Functions

Duties Product Strategy and Roadmap

· Develop and execute the product strategy for plumbing and HVAC categories, aligning with company goals.

· Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.

· Define product priorities and roadmaps based on market research and customer feedback.

Product Development and Launch

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including concept, design, development, and commercialization.
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Create go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
  • Lead product launches and ensure alignment with sales and marketing teams.
Marketing & Brand Building

· Create and maintain collateral to professionally present products to the market. (Brochures, spec books, warranty and other collateral)

· Investigate, develop and institute marketing plans to ensure products are properly presented to inside and outside teams to build our brands

· Partner with the sales team to provide training, tools, and resources to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

· Act as the product expert to support customer-facing teams during sales cycles.

· Collect feedback from the sales team to refine and improve the product offering.

Customer Experience

· Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the product line.

· Analyze customer feedback to improve the product and address market demands.

Data Analysis and Reporting

· Track product performance metrics, including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction.

· Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

· Work with marketing to create impactful campaigns and materials for plumbing and HVAC products.

· Partner with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and efficient distribution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experiencein product or marketing management, preferably in building materials, plumbing, HVAC, or related building materials industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Experience working with sales teams and understanding customer needs.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC or building materials is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field.
