Pharmacist-in-Charge Long-Term Care Pharmacy
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire | Initial 13+ Week Contract

We are actively hiring for a Pharmacist Manager to oversee operations at a long-term care pharmacy facility in Camp Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking to step into a leadership role with long-term potential.

Work Schedule:

  • Open Monday Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Weekends: Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Four-day workweek with one scheduled day off

  • On-call coverage required every other weekend (rotating)

What We re Looking For:

  • A licensed pharmacist with an active and clear Pennsylvania license

  • Prior experience in long-term care is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with QS/1 PrimeCare is a strong asset we re willing to train individuals with strong people skills and leadership qualities

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing daily pharmacy workflow and supervising support staff

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of patient care

  • Collaborating with care facilities to provide timely and accurate medication services

  • Serving as the primary contact for facility clients during on-call rotations
