Now Hiring: Pharmacy Manager Long-Term Care Facility
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Contract Type: 13+ Week Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Are you a licensed pharmacist with a passion for leadership and patient-centered care? We re searching for a Pharmacy Manager to join a dedicated team serving long-term care patients. This role begins as a contract assignment with strong potential for permanent placement.

Operating Hours:

  • Weekdays: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

  • Weekends: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

Weekly Schedule:

  • Four scheduled workdays per week

  • One day off per week

  • Rotating on-call coverage every other weekend

What We Require:

  • Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Pennsylvania

  • Experience in long-term care pharmacy is highly valued

  • Familiarity with QS/1 PrimeCare is a plus training is available for candidates with strong interpersonal and management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure service excellence

  • Supervise support staff and maintain regulatory compliance

  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities to deliver accurate and timely medication services

  • Provide clinical leadership while balancing workflow and efficiency
