Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, or Marketing Analytics within the CPG industry.
  • Hands-on experience with syndicated POS and household panel data, Circana/IRI Unify.
  • Advanced Excel skills for hypothesis testing, insight generation, and storytelling.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Excellent communication for presenting data to leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of annual marketing programs: packaging, promotions, media campaigns, and launches.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Analyze and report monthly market share and shipment data to inform decisions.
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial Planning to ensure flawless execution across channels.
  • Be the data expert, utilizing Circana/IRI data to build reporting templates.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of annual marketing programs, including packaging updates, promotions, media campaigns, and new product launches, ensuring brand plans come to life effectively and drive market success.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration, working with Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to keep key initiatives on track, manage timelines, and prepare essential materials for leadership approvals, fostering a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  • Analyze and report on monthly market share, volume, and shipment data, identifying key performance drivers, flagging potential risks, and surfacing new opportunities for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Commercial Planning teams to guarantee that brand initiatives are flawlessly executed across all retail channels, maximizing market presence and impact, and ensuring product availability.
  • Serve as the go‑to expert for data, utilizing Circana (IRI) POS and household panel data to answer critical business questions, build robust reporting templates, and maintain consistent metrics across all reports, becoming a central resource for insights.

What You’ll Bring

Must-have Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, or Marketing Analytics within the CPG industry.
  • Hands‑on experience with syndicated POS and household panel data, including Circana/IRI Unify.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with a proven ability to leverage data for hypothesis testing, insight generation, and compelling business storytelling.
  • Strong project management skills, demonstrated by success in aligning cross‑functional teams and ensuring initiatives stay on schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling confident presentation of data, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Experience within the beverage sector.
  • Familiarity with Nielsen data.
  • MBA preferred.
