This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, operates with high ownership and a consumer-first mindset, and partners closely across a matrixed organization to deliver results. This role reports to the Senior Brand Manager.Job responsibilities include:Understand and actively manage all relevant levers of the P&L, proactively identifying marketing-driven growth opportunitiesBuild strong commercial and marketing plans that help grow category value and win with consumersLead development and execution of consumer-inspired marketing initiatives across traditional media, digital, and retail channelsLeverage digital trends, tools, and technology to create winning marketing strategies that resonate with consumers in modern channelsTranslate data and facts into clear, inspiring insights and recommendationsIntegrate key marketing and growth levers including Innovation, Social, Paid Media, and Strategic PricingPartner effectively across a matrixed organization, including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Insights & Analytics, and SalesMobilize and influence cross-functional teams, generating alignment and commitment to shared goalsEarn full trust and buy in from the leaders, peers, teams, and external partners by always doing the right thing for the company, brand, consumer, and customerConsistently deliver against marketing objectives, driving impactful and transformational resultsAnticipate external opportunities and risks, set stretching goals, and make fact-based decisions to keep performance on trackProvide work direction, coaching, and development support to Senior Associate Brand Managers and Associate Brand ManagersTo succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred7+ years of brand management or related marketing experience (CPG experience strongly preferred)Strong experience in brand planning, innovation development, and creative ideation processesDemonstrated experience developing and activating digital marketing strategiesProven ability to influence without authority and lead effectively in a matrixed organizationStrong analytical skills with the ability to make sound, timely decisionsCompelling communication and storytelling capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to build positive, winning team cultures and develop talentEntrepreneurial, “can-do” mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and changePositive energy and professionalism representing the brand internally and externallyPrior experience providing coaching, mentoring, or people leadershipLed by Purpose.
