Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience at a CPG organization is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with syndicated data and reporting tools (Nielsen and/or IRI).
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate across stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with brand development planning, innovation, and strategy processes.
  • Demonstrated positive energy and credibility when representing the brand internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project and/or marketing leadership on key initiatives to help grow the brand’s marketplace position (e.g. new product launches, pricing initiatives, etc.).
  • Execute annual ABP and marketing plans that deliver financial objectives and align with brand strategies.
  • Analyze consumer data, market share and sales reports to understand brand performance, product health, and track progress against marketing initiatives and ROI analysis.
  • Create compelling stories and make sound recommendations about trends to enhance the brand’s equity and market performance.
  • Develop and implement distribution, packaging, shelving and merchandising strategies and plans.
  • Use business acumen with marketing competency to influence and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Identify and develop relevant consumer/shopper insights.
  • Collaborate across categories to drive efficient brand building.
  • Conduct analyses to identify problems, trends, and drive decisions to strengthen the brand’s plan.

This role is a marketer accountable for in-year business planning and marketing execution for the Huggies® Wipes NA business. The Senior Associate Brand Manager leads key initiatives related to marketing planning & execution for the brand, as well as overall execution and results delivery for their business unit. This role reports to the Huggies Wipes Senior Brand Manager and collaborates with insights & analytics, customer development, agency partners, sales planning, Research & Development, and product supply teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide project and/or marketing leadership on key initiatives to help sustainably grow the brand’s marketplace position (e.g. new product launches, pricing initiatives, etc.)
  • Execute annual ABP and marketing plans that deliver financial objectives and aligns with brand strategies.
  • Analyze consumer data, market share and sales reports to understand brand performance, product health and to track progress against marketing initiatives and return on investment analysis for marketing program.
  • Create compelling stories and make sound recommendations about the brand, competitive, category, customer or consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and market performance.
  • Develop and implement distribution, packaging, shelving and merchandising strategies and plans.
  • Use business acumen in conjunction with marketing competency to influence and lead projects cross-functionally.
  • Identify and develop relevant consumer and/or shopper insights.
  • Collaborate across categories, to identify and proactively drive efficient brand building.
  • Actively conduct both basic and in-depth analysis to identify problems, find trends, develop hypothesis, and drive the organization towards decisions to strengthen the brand’s plan.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management or consumer marketing.
  • Previous marketing full-time or internship experience at a CPG organization.
  • Strong analytical expertise with syndicated consumption data and reporting tools (e.g., Nielsen and/or IRI), including the ability to analyze trends, synthesize insights, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to influence and deliver compelling communication across stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with brand development planning, innovation, and strategy processes.
  • Demonstrated positive energy and credibility when representing the brand internally and externally.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with partners such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Digital, or Planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA preferred.
  • Prior ownership of ongoing consumption, market performance, and scorecard reporting.
  • Working knowledge of P&L management and key financial levers.

Salary and Compensation

Grade 9/P2 Salary Range: 116,380 – 143,740 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
