The Davenport Group in Arlington is hiring a Brand & Listing Associate to capture photo and video content for our properties, get listings market-ready, and ensure every home looks its best. You’ll be out at listings and open houses, helping our team move from prep to launch—hands-on and fast-paced.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content at listings and open houses for social media and marketing.
• Prepare listings for market, including light staging and sign/lockbox installation.
• Set up and break down open houses with marketing materials.
• Run property errands and coordinate with vendors.
• Support listing coordinator and content team, executing shoots on schedule.
• Learn the business by shadowing agents from prep to launch.

You'll be out at properties capturing photo and video content for our brand, getting listings ready to hit the market, and making sure every property looks its best. Key Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content at listings, open houses, and around Arlington for our social media and marketing.
• Prepare listings for market, including light staging, sign and lockbox installation, and property checks.
• Set up and break down open houses, delivering marketing materials and making sure everything is guest-ready.
• Run property errands, such as meeting vendors, dropping off materials, and checking on vacant listings.
• Support our listing coordinator and content team, executing shoots, setups, and property tasks on schedule.
• Learn the business by shadowing agents and supporting listings from prep through launch.
