Bioworld Merchandising is seeking a Brand Associate to support licensors and brands, coordinating across Design, Sales, Production, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to brand requirements. You will manage approvals, timelines, and systems while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Hybrid schedule with four days on site and one remote day per week, requiring detail orientation and proactive problem solving.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-department collaboration.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI tools or interest in AI to support research and workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Review merchandise samples and designs to meet brand requirements in 1–2 business days.
• Maintain records across PLM and licensor systems.
• Support licensor-specific SOPs, brand guidelines, and approval processes.
• Work cross-functionally to secure approvals and ship products on time.
• Develop and implement efficient processes with the Brand Manager.
• Create training materials and internal reports as needed.
• Provide timely internal support and respond within 24 hours.
