Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead and inspire the sales team in a high-energy environment. You will model Coach values, drive brand awareness, and support initiatives that optimize store performance and customer experience.

You will collaborate with partners across the store to develop teams, analyze trends, and deliver exceptional results while upholding inclusive, customer-centric standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and maneuver stockroom as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives
• Establishes trust, maintains integrity, and supports an environment of collaboration within store and throughout the organization to promote a fair, positive experience, and an inclusive culture amongst the team
