MEISON is a collection of high-end and luxury women’s apparel brands including Jones New York, Misook,
Ming Wang, Masai Copenhagen, and Kasper. We focus on elevated, timeless workwear and fashions that are
easy to mix-and-match and designed to help build an effortless and reusable wardrobe. Our brands are
found online, through specialty boutiques, and in stores with our various retail partners such as Neiman
Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, and Dillard’s.

Position Summary:
As a Brand & Integrated Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring brand cohesion and
efficient operations across various teams within our organization. Your responsibilities include
collaborating with Performance Marketing & CRM, Retail & B2B, Merchandising, People, and the
Executive team to streamline the marketing funnel and deliver a consistent brand experience.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing & CRM, Retail & B2B, Merchandising, People, and the Executive
    team to ensure brand cohesion and efficient operations across our five brands.
  • Create, manage, implement, and track a comprehensive marketing calendar covering the entire marketing lifecycle, from lead generation to customer retention.
  • Drive public relations strategy, including managing agencies & contractors, and aligning with brand strategy and growth opportunities in retail & ecommerce.
  • Identify, secure, and develop strategic brand collaborations and partnerships.
  • Spearhead influencer marketing and brand ambassador programs.
  • Lead organic social media strategy and planning across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Participate in Sales Strategy meetings to advocate for integrated marketing messages.
  • Oversee creation and production of marketing literature related to product launches and marketing initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, focusing on channel and program management.
  • Expertise in leading social media networks including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with social management and editing software such as Adobe, Canva, InDesign is preferred.
  • Knowledge of marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
