Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. invites MBA and graduate students to join its Beverage Innovation team for a summer internship. You'll own workstreams, develop strategy to commercialize new brands, and build business cases with cross-functional teams.

You'll report to a Brand Manager, gain exposure to agile marketing within a legacy CPG, and work in Boston or Lakeville, MA, for 10–12 weeks starting June 8, 2027. Pay rate is $40 per hour with potential events and travel.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing MBA/Master’s degree and have completed the first year.
• Preferred 2+ years' experience in CPG and its supporting industries (Brand, Agency, Insights, Sales, Finance, etc.)
• Strong P&L mindset
• Self-starter who isn't afraid to find their own answers
• Analytical, organized, with significant attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously
• Confidence in presenting ideas and recommendations in front of Senior Leadership
• Willingness to work in emerging Food & Beverage trends, including functional health.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy to commercialize a new brand and build business cases through financial and qualitative exercises.
• Support sales and marketing strategies for new initiatives.
• Develop new-to-the-world products and packaging concepts.
• Experience agile marketing within a traditional legacy industry.
