Job summary

Ocean Spray’s Beverage Innovation team invites MBA students to a summer internship in Lakeville, MA, where you’ll explore emerging trends in food and beverage, build cross-functional relationships, and own your workstreams with real responsibility.

You’ll develop strategies to commercialize new brands, create business cases with financial and qualitative analysis, support sales and marketing, and help shape new-to-the-world products and packaging, under guidance from a Brand Manager.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA/Master’s degree and have completed the first year of the graduate program.
• Preferred 2+ years’ experience in CPG and its supporting industries (Brand, Agency, Insights, Sales, Finance, etc.).
• Strong P&L mindset
• Self-starter who isn’t afraid to find their own answers
• Analytical, organized, with significant attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously
• Confidence in presenting ideas and recommendations in front of Senior Leadership
• Willingness to work in emerging Food & Beverage trends, including functional health.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities
