Mast-Jägermeister US is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead Jägermeister’s rejuvenation in America from our White Plains, NY HQ. You will rebuild its relevance with the next generation of legal-age drinkers while protecting what makes the brand distinctive, and you’ll lead a team of about 20 with five direct reports.

You’ll own the US brand strategy, budget, and multi-year plan, turning global direction into a local plan, collaborating with Global Marketing, Sales, distributors and agencies.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years building consumer brands, including senior leadership in beverage alcohol or culture-driven CPG.
• Experience leading Consumer and Trade Marketing teams and managing large budgets.
• Ability to turn global strategy into practical local plans.
• Strong creative judgment and willingness to kill safe work that doesn't move the brand.
• Experience with experiential, events, partnerships, and agency management; using data/AI tools.
• Commercial mindset with a builder's bias; led teams through real change.

• Own US brand strategy and multi-year plan within the SCM growth model.
• Own the US marketing budget end to end and allocate investments.
• Protect brand codes while finding fresh ways to express them.
• Lead SCM model to connect with consumers through culture and partnerships.
• Unify Consumer and Trade Marketing around one shared plan.
• Travel to priority markets and gather consumer insights to sharpen briefs.
• Coach and champion Consumer and Trade Marketing teams; collaborate with Sales and agencies.
• Partner with Global Marketing to align US and global strategy.
