Job summary

HDR in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support pursuit teams, monitor client websites, and prepare proposal materials. You will help manage CRM data, assist with dashboards, and coordinate professional photography for projects.

Additionally, you will help develop annual and long-term growth plans, support client plans and strategies to capture market share, and contribute to internal communications and content creation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Graphic Design experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials.
• Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status.
• Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal.
• Support management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems.
• Coordinate large internal meetings (in-person and virtual).
