Job summary

Garage Beer is seeking a Senior Vice President of Marketing in Columbus, OH to lead brand strategy and a data-driven marketing engine across digital and retail channels. You will shape the voice, identity, and positioning, while partnering with distributors to drive national distribution and retail momentum.

The role requires 8+ years in marketing leadership within fast-growth consumer goods, with hands-on DTC growth, trade marketing, and team building experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (VP or SVP) at a fast-growth consumer goods or CPG company.
• Proven track record of building brands from early stage through national retail distribution.
• Deep expertise in digital and performance marketing with proven DTC channel growth.
• Hands-on experience navigating the transition from digitally native brand to retail, including trade and shopper marketing.

Responsibilities

• Scale the Garage Beer brand across voice, identity, and positioning for digital and retail.
• Build and lead the digital marketing engine: paid social, search, email, influencer, and affiliate.
• Develop retail activation strategies and partnerships with distributors and key accounts.
• Oversee PR, earned media, and agency relationships to drive brand awareness.
• Design and grow a high-performing marketing team and align with product, sales, and operations.
