Job summary

All American Home Care is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Strategist to grow an audience organically, build engagement, and tell authentic stories across platforms.

You will lead strategy, organize shoots, work with staff on camera, analyze metrics, and nurture local creator partnerships to raise brand awareness in the Philadelphia area.

This role requires 2+ years in social media, strong storytelling, and the ability to translate data into actionable content plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for a business, brand, or organization.
• Strong understanding of organic social media growth and engagement strategies.
• Experience creating short-form video concepts, scripts, and engaging social content.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience organizing photo and video shoots.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling abilities, and visual judgment.
• Experience with influencer outreach, partnerships, or creator collaborations.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.
• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and emerging content formats.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and reach new audiences.
• Monitor social media analytics and continuously refine strategies based on results.
