Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.
• Create original content ideas, short-form videos, scripts, and captions for Reels, TikTok, and more.
• Organize shoots, coordinate participants, and help on-camera talent feel natural on camera.
• Identify local Philadelphia creators for collaborations and manage outreach and negotiations.
• Track analytics, test formats, and continuously refine strategies for better results.
