Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer retail store is seeking a Keyholder to support daily operations, sales and customer service in a fashion-forward environment. You will greet customers, present merchandise, and help safeguard assets while using the EREG POS system for transactions and inventory tasks.

Experience in retail is required, with a four-year college degree preferred. Flexibility with hours and the ability to contribute merchandising ideas are valued for growing the business.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail store is required.
• A four year college degree is preferred, but not required.
• Sufficient fashion credibility to sell merchandise to customers.
• Flexibility to work retail hours and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including sales, customer service and safeguarding assets.
• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand and greet customers.
• Use the EREG POS software for transactions, inventory receipts/transfers and register closings.
• Safeguard assets and participate in cycle counts and year-end inventory.
• Contribute ideas to merchandising, staffing, displays and promotions.
