The position requires opening/closing routines, POS operation, and the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, but leading groups or teams is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
