Job summary

BlueScope North America is seeking a Brand Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and governance for the Brand. You will partner with Brand Presidents and Finance partners to shape the financial strategy and deliver timely insights.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 8+ years of financial analysis experience, and strong proficiency in Oracle and Excel. MBA and CPA are highly regarded. This is a full-time on-site position based in Kansas City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8 years of financial analysis experience.
• Oracle experience.
• Excellent MS Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and charts/graphing.
• MBA degree.
• CPA certification.
• 10+ years of financial analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and robust financial analysis to support Brand decisions.
• Collaborate with Brand Presidents and Engineering/Management teams on reporting and strategy.
• Proactively analyze data to drive strategic decisions and governance.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes for the Brand Finance function.
• Ensure adherence to governance and internal controls across financial activities.
