Job summary

BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking a Brand Finance Manager to shape the brand’s financial strategy and performance. You will work directly with Brand leadership to deliver timely analyses, budgets, forecasts and governance across the organization.

You will leverage Oracle ERP and advanced Excel skills to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve commercial outcomes. A strong foundation in accounting/finance and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of financial analysis experience? (per the posting)
• Oracle experience required; advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and charts/graphing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brand Finance function and support Brand President and leadership with timely financial analyses.
• Coordinate budgeting processes and monthly forecasting, linking sales, operations and governance.
• Analyze revenue, margin, project analyses and backlogs to drive commercial decisions.
• Develop insights to improve performance and manage risk through data-driven recommendations.
